2000 Winner Rockler Woodworking Award
In February of 2000, Gordy Bischoff
received recognition by being awarded The Annual Rockler
Woodworking Award and was featured in Woodworker's Journal.
The guitar is composed of spruce, rosewood, mahogany,
and ebony with mother-of-pearl and abalone inlays.
According to Mr. Bischoff, "the goal
was to make (the guitar) strong enough to withstand 200
psi 24 hours a day, yet be musically responsive."
